Lending in the form of financing against a business / project and the purchase of consumer for the purposes of education.

• Supporting internal institution within Universitas Indonesia obtain credit  from financial institution
• Offering short run financial support for internal institution manage their institute finishing their project from third party
• Financing and helping administration project that project under manage by scholar Universitas Indonesia
• Working together with Universitas Indonesia to run project under management of PT Makara Mas
• Invest in specific area where PT Makara Mas hold less than 40% but minimal 25% of that business (It is not majority share)
